Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business unit by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, performance monitoring, contract management, and dispute resolution.

Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws, contract labour regulations, and applicable state acts.

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate organizational risks related to labour and HR issues.

Collaborate with line managers on manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce deployment strategies.

Lead and coordinate HR audits, inspections, and labour office interactions.

Deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership on HR metrics, workforce trends, and compliance reports.

Promote a performance-driven culture by supporting performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and vendor records.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.

Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and performance.

Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and support career progression.

Requirements

Proficiency in software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Knowledge of HR policies, Compliance,recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, performance management systems, and relevant legislation.

Business Planning & organizing, decision-making, results orientation.
