Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Mobile & Web (Government Projects)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of mobile and web application projects for government and public sector initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for program planning, stakeholder management, cross-functional team coordination, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile and web application projects.

Collaborate with government stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.

Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and release schedules.

Monitor timelines, dependencies, budgets, and project health.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Ensure compliance with security, governance, and quality standards.

Coordinate with vendors and external partners as required.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management.

Experience delivering mobile and web-based applications.

Exposure to Government, e-Governance, Public Sector, or large-scale enterprise projects.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and release management.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Preferred

PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Understanding of APIs, integrations, and security/compliance requirements.

Work Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Preference: Candidates with government project experience and immediate/short notice availability.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
