UI/UX Designer

Open Position: UI/UX Designer Location: Malad (West), Mumbai Experience: 1 Year to 3 Years Qualification: Graduate Only Mumbai Suburban-based location (Dahisar to Dadar) candidates apply for the position. We are working 6 days, i.e., from Monday to Saturday

Job Description:-

Manage design libraries and design systems with adherence to product branding requirements.

Oversee the development and delivery of effective user interfaces.

Manage a team of junior UI designers, providing training and support.

Work with the digital analytics team to assess the impact of all UI design and usability changes.

Assist with user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies, translating findings into wireframes and prototypes.

Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences.

Work with the team to create UI designs, prototypes, information architecture documents, intuitive app flows, and use case testing for design validation

Involvement in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user analysis, UI design, testing, and implementation

Graphic production - create art assets for mobile and web.

Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping keen attention to detail.

Present and effectively communicate how the creative vision will help achieve company objectives.

Keep up with and educate the team about new or changing web and app creative trends and technologies

Key player in developing and advancing brand strategies across the company

Gains an understanding of one technology’s business, company culture, and analytics capabilities.

Maintain strong working relationships across all teams to ensure the success of product initiatives.

Ability to lead and direct design thinking for a wide range of products

Strong team management skills
