Product Operations Manager (Hybrid, Bangalore)

We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to help our product org run smoothly, ship faster, and make better decisions. You'll own operational processes across product planning, launch readiness, and team cadences - and you'll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and GTM.

YOU WILL

Support and own product planning cycles - quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly team rhythms

Drive launch coordination: maintain checklists, track cross-functional dependencies, and ensure teams are go-live ready

Build and maintain product health dashboards; surface actionable data to support prioritization decisions

Document processes, build playbooks, and identify where workflows can be tightened or automated

Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are captured and closed

Partner with analytics to answer the right operational questions, not just report on what's already tracked

YOU HAVE

2–4 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role

Strong process instincts - you see the gaps before they become problems

Comfort with data: you can pull insights from dashboards and translate them into clear recommendations

Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills

Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar

A builder mindset - you look for ways to automate before defaulting to manual

Nice to Have

Familiarity with GTM or launch coordination workflows

Exposure to AI productivity tools in an operational context
