Financial Controller
About the role
My client is seeking a Regional Financial Controller to lead finance operations across Asia, covering Singapore, China, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. This senior leadership role will drive financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, controls, and process improvements while partnering with regional commercial leaders and global finance teams to support business growth.
The ideal candidate will have regional finance leadership experience within the food, agriculture, commodity trading, or related industries, with a strong understanding of operating across Asian markets. You will bring 8-10+ years of finance experience, proven multi-country leadership capability, strong commercial acumen, and expertise in financial reporting, compliance, IFRS/GAAP, and team development. Regional travel and experience working with trading or supply chain-driven businesses are key advantages.
