Transformation Business Analyst
About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support transformation initiatives across an Alternatives investment platform. The role will focus on business analysis, operating model design, data governance, process optimisation, and technology-enabled change across private markets.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex Alternatives initiatives.
Define requirements, map processes, and design target-state operating models.
Drive data quality, governance, reporting, and solution design.
Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
Experience in Alternatives / Asset Management, including private equity, private credit, real assets, or hedge funds.
Proven Business Analyst or Solutions Architect experience in financial services.
Strong data analysis skills (SQL/reporting tools).
Exposure to Alternatives platforms
Experience delivering transformation initiatives within investment management or financial institutions.
Ability to bridge business strategy, operations, and technology execution.
