About the role
The Role
This is not a typical field service role.
We are looking for a highly adaptable, hands-on Service Engineer to support advanced Electrophysiology capital equipment across Italy and Emerging Markets, with additional exposure across the wider EMEA region.

This is a reactive, SLA-driven service environment.
Customer systems are critical - when they go down, you respond
Plans will change - often at short notice
Preventative maintenance may be interrupted or rescheduled
Travel can be dynamic, last-minute, and cross-border

Your Region
Primary focus: Italy & Emerging Markets
Flexible workload split depending on demand)
Secondary responsibility: support across wider EMEA
You will be part of a collaborative EMEA team, stepping in wherever support is needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced EP medical systems
Supporting hardware, software, and hospital IT/network connectivity
Scheduling planned PM work whilst also ready to respond to urgent break/fix situations within SLA timelines
Reprioritising your workload based on customer-critical needs
Travelling extensively (70%+) across multiple countries
Working closely with clinical, commercial, and technical teams across the region

Experience & Skills
Field service experience (medical devices preferred, but not essential)
Strong technical skills (electronics, IT, networking)
Confident working in hospital or clinical environments
Ability to troubleshoot under pressure
Languages
Italian and English required
Additional European languages are a strong advantage
Travel & Location
Based in Milan or surrounding area (close to a major airport preferred)
High travel role (70%+)
Regular international travel across Italy, Emerging Markets, and EMEA
Expect short-notice travel and dynamic scheduling
