About the role:

We’re looking for a driven and people-first Retail Store Team Leader to take the lead at our exciting RIverlink store.

To be successful for this role, you will:

Oversee the operations of the Fairfield Store, ensuring it meets and exceeds KPIs.

Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service.

Train, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve success.

Collaborate with Area Manager and senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies.

Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes.

Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving excellence.
