About the role
Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a QA Engineer – Event‑Driven Integrations in one of our opportunities in the Information Systems & Digital industry in Italy?
👉 Your missions?
• Design, execute, and automate test cases for event‑driven integrations.
• Support event flow validation across layers (Producer → Canonical → Consumer).
• Perform testing of event processing pipelines, collaborating with producer and consumer owners.
• Test event transformations to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Validate API integrations and connectors between systems.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams to identify test cases, ensure test coverage, and support Go‑Live readiness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
✍️ Your profile?
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and manual/automated testing in Java‑based environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka and event‑driven architectures, including streaming platforms such as Confluent or Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and APIs, with experience using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Postman, Bruno or similar.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with strong collaboration and communication skills in cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and experience with End‑to‑End (E2E) testing, data mapping and transformation logic would be a plus.

💰 Compensation & Pay Transparency
• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 26000– EUR 50000).
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria.

Compensation
This Other role pays $26k-$50k/yr. Within typical range for other roles in Italy.
