About this Position

What you´ll do

Support to the International Senior Brand Manager in the development and management of the strategy of the international beauty care brands

Bringing recommendations for strategic top management decisions

Support the development and implementation of global product launches and relaunches, from concept to rollout

Contribute to creative campaign development, including content creation, asset development, and digital activation

Take ownership of selected product lines and maintenance projects, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution across all touchpoints

Monitor brand and campaign performance, analyze market trends and competitors, and derive actionable insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, digital, sales) and external agencies to deliver projects on time and with impact

Act as a key contact for international markets, supporting rollout and ensuring alignment

What makes you a good fit

Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field

First experience in marketing, brand management, or similar roles within the beauty or FMCG industry

Digitally savvy and with strong interest in beauty, hair care, and consumer trends

Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Creative thinking combined with analytical skills

Fluent in English
