About the role
A Snapshot of Your Day
The new Solution Manager for FACTS-SynCon role is designed to establish clear governance and develop scalable, market-ready solutions within the Solutions & Service Programs team. This position will focus on three core areas: defining a framework for standardization in Solution Strategy & Governance, managing the product lifecycle from concept to market, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to drive market adoption. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical product management, including solution architecture, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies, along with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Define and implement a governance framework for FACTS/SynCon solutions to ensure consistency, quality, and standardization across the technology portfolio
Develop standardized service solutions definitions, architectures, and technical documentation to facilitate scalable deployment by execution units
Oversee processes for solution updates, enhancements, and lifecycle management, acting as the subject matter expert for the FACTS/SynCon portfolio
Manage the entire solution lifecycle from strategic planning and definition to market launch and end-of-life, creating and communicating the strategic product roadmap
Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for solution innovation and enhancement, translating strategies into detailed product requirements
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies, providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
What You Bring
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering sector as Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or other closely related fields
Long term experience in technical product management, solution management, or a similar role
Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of complex technical projects or solutions, preferably in the energy or high-tech industry
Proficient in product and solution management, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies
Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with skills in market research, data-driven decision making, and business acumen
Fluent in English, with excellent collaboration and influencing skills. German as nice to have
