Main Responsibilities

Responsible for the process and payment of social security contributions (IMSS) and the payment to the Institute of National Housing Funds for Workers (Infonavit).

Performs various accounting recordsthat require knowledge of the Business Unit, Company policy or accounting theory

Performs account reconciliations, gathers, reviews and analyzes information, and makes necessary corrections or adjustments.

Prepares and provide information for the Mexican Audit report on Contributions to the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and the housing fund institutions for workers (INFONAVIT)

Responsible for the resolution of problems, support and guidance to internal and external customers on issues related to employee discounts; works with different areas (Human Resources, Accounting, Treasury, Union, Odessa) for problems resolution.

Coordinates and prepares separation payments for employees, adherence with Company policy and Labor laws

Prepares various monthly and annual reports.

Education

Bachelor in Finance, Administration and Public Accounting.
