Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across the company. You will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social platforms).

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain candidate databases and records using ATS tools.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with HR and department managers to forecast hiring needs.

Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role 1Year ( Fresher also can Apply )

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
