Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Manager to lead our content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with experience in content development, capable of creating engaging content that supports brand growth and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning

· Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and brand goals.

· Plan, organize, and manage content calendars across multiple digital channels.

Content Development

· Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

· Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and tailored to the target audience.

SEO & Digital Growth

· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.

· Optimize content performance through data-driven insights and industry trends.

Brand Consistency

· Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.

· Develop and enforce content style guides and editorial standards.

Audience Engagement & Analytics

· Track content performance, engagement metrics, and audience behavior.

· Analyze data and implement improvements to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales teams to create integrated campaigns and support business initiatives.

· Coordinate content requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Content & Platform Management

· Manage content distribution across various platforms and channels.

· Maintain and update Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Project Management

· Handle multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

· Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth execution from planning to publication.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role.

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot.

· Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and content optimization techniques.

· Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms.

· Knowledge of multimedia content creation, including video and podcast content, is an added advantage.
