operational excellence across our expanding dark store network. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Product Manager – Auto Replenishment System to build and optimize the intelligence layer that powers inventory planning, demand forecasting, and automated procurement across the organization.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and product-driven Product Manager to own the vision, strategy,and execution of Fairdeal's Auto Replenishment System.This role will be responsible for building scalable forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization products that improve stock availability, reduce stock-outs, optimize working capital, and drive operational efficiency across dark stores and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have strong product management experience, deep understanding of inventory and supply chain systems, and the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the Auto Replenishment System

Define product vision, priorities, and success metrics aligned with business goals

Drive product planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify inventory and replenishment challenges

Build scalable solutions that support rapid business growth and dark store expansion

B. Demand Forecasting & Inventory Intelligence

Build and enhance demand forecasting capabilities across categories and dark stores

Design forecasting models using historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and market trends

Define inventory planning frameworks that improve product availability and inventory productivity

Develop inventory health monitoring systems for stock-outs, ageing inventory, fill rates, and

inventory turns

Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through data-driven experimentation

C. Auto Replenishment & Procurement Automation

Design and implement automated replenishment logic based on sales velocity, lead time, safety

stock, and supplier performance

Build automated Purchase Order generation and replenishment workflows

Optimize inventory allocation across warehouses and dark stores

Improve procurement efficiency through intelligent replenishment recommendations

Ensure high product availability while minimizing excess inventory and working capital requirements

D. Data Analytics & Product Insights

Leverage SQL, MongoDB, analytics tools, and operational data to drive product decisions

Define and track key inventory and replenishment KPIs

Analyze inventory performance, stock movement, forecast accuracy, and replenishment

effectiveness

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for business and operational stakeholders

Use data insights to continuously improve system performance

E. Supplier & System Integrations

Build supplier-facing workflows and integrations for purchase order management and inventory

visibility

Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to improve supplier collaboration

Design scalable integrations with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems, and Inventory

Management Platforms

Improve visibility across procurement, inventory, and replenishment operations

Ensure seamless data flow across systems and stakeholders

F. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, Category, Procurement, Operations, and

Leadership teams

Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories

Drive agile product development and execution

Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact and operational needs

Ensure successful product adoption across operational teams

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related

field

5+ years of Product Management experience

Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Supply Chain Technology, Inventory Management,

Procurement, or Logistics products

Strong understanding of replenishment, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain

processes

Hands-on experience working with SQL, MongoDB, analytics platforms, and data-driven product

development

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

Experience scaling supply chain products in high-growth startup environments

Exposure to AI/ML-based forecasting and inventory optimization systems

Experience with ERP, WMS, OMS, and procurement platforms

Understanding of FMCG, retail distribution, and B2B commerce ecosystems

Experience building automation products for operations and supply chain functions
