SAP Testing Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Enterprise QA Lead to support the quality assurance needs of our Enterprise Business Systems landscape. This role requires deep, hands-on experience in testing complex enterprise platforms and driving high-quality delivery through both manual and automated testing practices.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Kinaxis, Hyperion, and Anaplan , along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and offshore teams. This individual will play a critical role in enabling scalable, KPI- and SLA-driven QA operations while contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives.

This role demands ownership, leadership in test strategy execution, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, globally distributed environments.

Office: Qorvo India Pvt Ltd, Purva Premiere, Residency Road, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Work Mode: Onsite (5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for SAP modules

Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders

Identify, log, and track defects through resolution

Validate SAP configurations and custom developments

Automate test cases using testing tools where applicable

Support go-live activities and post-production validation

Required Skills

Perform hands-on manual and automated testing across enterprise systems, including Functional, Integration, UAT, and Regression testing

Develop, maintain, and optimize:

Test scripts

Test data sets

Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)

Review and validate business and solution requirements to ensure test coverage completeness

Lead test readiness activities, including:

Test planning and scoping

Test script development

Test execution scheduling

Drive adoption of test management standards and best practices , ensuring consistent and scalable processes

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Scrums and sprint planning and enhance the test automation footprint , including script development, review, and deployment

Own and drive testing KPIs , collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed targets

Apply LEAN principles and structured problem-solving (8-step methodology) to improve QA processes

Support end-to-end transformation initiatives , including requirements gathering through go-live and run-phase support

Mentor and coach junior QA team members to build team capability and maturity

Collaborate closely with global stakeholders (including US teams) and offshore partners for efficient delivery

Comfortable collaborating across time zones and geographies including US.

Qualifications & Experience

8+ years of experience in Software QA, with strong enterprise systems exposure

Proven experience in enterprise application testing , especially SAP S/4HANA (highly preferred)

Strong hands-on expertise with test management tools (e.g., qTest)

Experience with at least one test automation framework/tool

Demonstrated success in delivering against QA KPIs and SLA-based models

Experience working in global delivery models with global teams

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA integration

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization

Experience with performance/load testing is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (EE, Industrial, Computer Science, or related field)

US time zone overlap required
