Job Description

Responsible for general administration, coordination, and execution of a variety of finance functions including but not limited to the following: -

Process Accounts Payable, including staff claim and withholding tax submission

Process Accounts Receivable

Posting of journal entries

Manage grant claim submission

Follow up on items in Balance sheet

Assist in Financial Month End & Financial Year End closing matters

Support grant certification audit and statutory audit

Perform ad hoc reporting, data extraction, reconciliation and tracking as requested by the supervisor

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.

Entry-level candidates or Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Prior accounting experience is preferred but not essential

Knowledge in SAP would be advantageous

Meticulous and able to work independently.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to start work immediately/as soon as possible.
