Personal Assistant

Join Mirvac and play a key role supporting our Group General Manager, Finance. This is a highly visible position where you’ll partner with senior leaders, manage critical priorities, and help drive seamless operations across the Finance team.

The opportunity

As a trusted partner to the GGM Finance, you’ll provide high-level administrative and organisational support while ensuring the smooth coordination of team activities, meetings and communications.

Key responsibilities

Proactively manage complex diaries, emails and competing priorities

Coordinate leadership, committee and finance team meetings end-to-end

Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior forums

Organise team events, offsites, conferences and travel arrangements

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels

Manage expenses, invoices and general administrative processes

Support onboarding, HR processes and team coordination activities

Drive improvements to systems, processes and ways of working

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

About you

Extensive experience as a senior Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver to tight deadlines

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Highly organised, proactive and adaptable

High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong Microsoft Office and systems proficiency

Professional, discreet and customer-focused approach
