Selection Criteria

Demonstrated high level customer service skills with a supportive and responsive approach to managing enquiries.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.

Demonstrated effective communication skills, including the ability to liaise clearly and professionally with team members and a range of stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism and adherence to privacy requirements.

Capacity to quickly learn and apply new systems and processes (experience with ROB, MS Teams and VaxLink will be highly regarded).

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
