The Role

Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake through onboarding.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across multiple functions and levels.
Ensure timely delivery against hiring targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent communities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct market mapping for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Skills & Requirements
Experience recruiting withing oil and gas sector
Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews.
Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategy, market trends, and talent availability.
Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements and hiring plans.

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is for Toronto $76k to 100k plus applicable benefits.
This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
