Responsibilities:

Develop and support comprehensive test plans and cases reflecting business requirements

Coordinate testing activities across multiple stakeholders, including technical teams, business analysts, and third-party vendors

Execute test cases, log issues, and verify results to ensure smooth system integration

Track testing progress, metrics, and risks while preparing status reports for key stakeholders

Support UAT activities for enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, and S/4HANA

Identify testing issues and drive process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience coordinating software testing in enterprise settings, including SAP or ERP systems

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams

Hands-on experience with test data execution, defect management, and test lifecycle activities

Ability to organize testing activities, follow up on action items, and manage competing priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with SAP products like SAP Analytics Cloud, Vendor Invoice Management, or Fieldglass

Familiarity with testing methodologies such as regression, system, and integration testing

Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA or Revision Control Systems

Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and UAT readiness activities

Experience supporting testing of system integrations and data flows across multiple platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant testing experience in enterprise environments

Knowledge supporting testing for SAP, ERP, procurement, finance, or supply chain systems

Other Requirements:

Must be fully onsite in Canada, working from the office in downtown Edmonton 5 days a week

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle stress and conflicting priorities

Willingness to support testing activities for up to a 12-month project with potential extension
