What you’ll do:

Support the Plant BP in financial reviews, helping drive cost control and performance improvement through strong business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete plant month-end close on time

Run production variance settlements in ERP

Post accruals and prepayments accurately

Review monthly forecasts and challenge variances

Provide clear, timely reporting to stakeholders

Present IPC and overheads at finance reviews

Share RM and open PO reports with Engineering

Ensure open POs are justified and receipted promptly

Distribute overtime and environmental reports

Support production reporting and management packs

Assist with PCO analysis and divisional presentations

Run costing updates and monthly actual costing

Ensure work orders are accurate and closed on time

Prevent and resolve month-end WIP issues

What you’ll bring:

You will have an interest in manufacturing finance

You will be able to commute to the Bristol Plant

You can demonstrate that you are proficient in the use of computer systems/Microsoft Packages, with strong Excel skills

You will be able to work at a fast pace, meeting tight deadlines

You will be able to develop strong working relationships

You will have strong communication skills

ACA / ACCA/ CIMA - Fully / Part qualified
