We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, ambitious business in Hartlepool seeking confident, driven individuals ready to make an impact in sales. No prior experience is required—just the right mindset, energy, and willingness to learn.

What you will be doing As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging new clients, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Outbound prospecting: Reaching out to potential clients via calls and email to generate new business

Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying new opportunities through research and outreach

Pipeline management: Maintaining accurate CRM records, managing follow-ups, and tracking sales activity

Consultative selling: Understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions

Client engagement: Building strong relationships with prospective customers

Collaboration: Working closely with the wider sales team to convert opportunities into long-term clients
