What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Data Ops Engineer – AI Enablement to work in advanced data environments and generative AI.

This role combines Data/Analytics Engineering (60%) with AI Enablement/GenAI (40%), preparing high-quality data and applying LLMs to build analytical solutions and intelligent automation.

Location: 100% remote

English: B2+ / C1

Key Responsibilities

Develop ETL/ELT processes using Python and SQL.

Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability.

Model data and build analytical datasets and AI pipelines.

Implement data cleaning, validation, and quality control.

Integrate LLM APIs and design GenAI solutions (RAG, prompting, embeddings, semantic search).

Use GenAI tools to accelerate development and documentation.

Document processes, models, prompts, and technical decisions.

Collaborate with technical and business teams on data and AI solutions.

Key Requirements

Must-have

Advanced Python and SQL.

Experience with ETL/ELT and data modeling.

Experience working with medium/large-scale data.

Knowledge of Git.

Experience with LLM APIs and GenAI projects.

Knowledge of prompting and output evaluation.

Nice to have

Data Lake / Warehouse / Lakehouse architectures.

Orchestration and cloud environments.

GenAI tools (LangChain, OpenAI, LlamaIndex…).

Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

Knowledge of data security and governance.
