We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and integration of our next-generation electronic devices. In this role, you will bridge the gap between physical hardware and computer code, taking ownership of the entire firmware lifecycle from initial proof-of-concept to production-ready software. Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design: Define high-level software architecture, state machines, and sequence diagrams for robust, low-power embedded systems.

Firmware Development: Write, test, and optimize clean, maintainable, and high-performance code in C/C++ for bare-metal systems, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), or embedded Linux.

Hardware-Software Integration: Partner closely with hardware engineers to bring up new boards and interface code with sensors, power management circuits, and analog electronics.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Debug complex system-level bugs using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and digital multimeters.

Mentorship & Leadership: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and guide junior and mid-level engineers.

Core Technical Requirements

Education: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software/firmware development.

Programming: Deep proficiency in legacy and modern development languages

Hardware Platforms: Extensive experience working with microcontrollers/microprocessors

Protocols: In-depth understanding of standard communication protocols and buses.

Military Domain/Weapon Systems Experience: 10 years of documented and verifiable military systems, technical, and maintenance experience. Military technical instructor experience preferred
