We are seeking a Manufacturing Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support manufacturing operations through data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development. This role will transform operational and financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for manufacturing and financial performance.

Create data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.

Analyze manufacturing KPIs including OEE, Yield, Scrap, Downtime, Throughput, WIP, Inventory, OTD, and Labor Productivity.

Support production cost analysis, Budget vs. Actual reporting, and cost variance analysis.

Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to identify reporting needs and business opportunities.

Extract, validate, and integrate data from SAP, MES, SQL databases, and other business systems.

Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and support data governance initiatives.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.

Experiencia y requisitos

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.

2+ years of experience supporting manufacturing operations.

Advanced Power BI skills.

Experience with DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Data Modeling.

Experience working with SAP and manufacturing data.

Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and production processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with MES systems and Python is a plus.
