About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Consultant (CL9) to support onshore transition initiatives within the CFO & Enterprise Value practice. This role focuses on designing and optimizing finance business processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and driving operational efficiency. You will work closely with process owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective process blueprints that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize end-to-end finance business processes to meet operational and strategic requirements
Collaborate with business process owners to develop detailed process blueprints and functional specifications
Identify process improvement opportunities and define measurable KPIs to monitor performance and efficiency
Support transition activities by ensuring alignment between target operating model and process implementation
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate process designs
Conduct quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and adoption of designed processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process performance and recommending enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in finance transformation, process design, or transition support roles
Strong understanding of finance functions such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
Experience in defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for business processes
Ability to translate business requirements into structured process documentation and blueprints
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in consulting or large-scale transformation programs
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Project management experience in transition or transformation programs
