The Role

As an Electrical Designer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

We are Hiring Electrical Designers across multiple levels to support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) experience is required.

These roles are based in Hyderabad , with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements.

This recruitment is part of an invite‑only hiring drive scheduled for Saturday, 4th Jul 2026, at our Hyderabad office. Interviews will be conducted only for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitation from our Talent Acquisition team.

Roles will be offered at Designer I, Designer II & Senior Designer, depending on experience and skills.

Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract positions.

Execution of Electrical design, drafting and 3D modelling tasks relating to oil & gas offshore platforms and onshore projects.

Able to work independently on Electrical substation layouts, electrical room layouts, cable tray layouts, lighting layouts for Oil & Gas offshore.

Able to perform cable tray fill calculations independently.

Check compliance with QA / safety/ environment goals.

Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project.

Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project.

Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

Liaison with other disciplines on technical issues related to 3D modelling and layouts

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

B.Tech / Diploma in E.E.E with minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas offshore sector.

Must have working tool knowledge of SP3D or E3D tool along with 2D extraction and detailing.

Must have working experience with IEC, NEC, IEEE Electrical standards as minimum.

Able to work independently with minimal guidance from lead designer or lead engineer.

2D tools – Microstation and AutoCAD.

Should be able to start working in Worley Hyderabad office within 1 month to 3 months.

This is an invite‑only hiring drive scheduled for Saturday,4th July 2026.
