Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

Good To Have Skills: Python (Programming Language), Shell Scripting, Infrastructure As Code (IaC).

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Strong understanding of version control systems and release management.

Ability to automate workflows and manage cloud-based infrastructure.

Familiarity with scripting to support automation and configuration management.

Additional Information:
