We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Analyst - PKI / Entra / CyberArk / SailPoint to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

"The L2 User Provisioning Engineer is a hands‑on IAM operator and technical owner for user lifecycle, entitlement management, and privileged access controls. This role advances automation, maintains SailPoint IGA and CyberArk PAM integrations, manages Entra ID identity flows, and supports PKI/certificate lifecycle. The L2 engineer resolves escalated incidents, implements connector and role engineering changes, and mentors L1 operators to ensure accurate, auditable provisioning across cloud and on‑prem systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provisioning Operations — Execute and validate complex onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and entitlement modifications across Active Directory, Entra ID, SaaS apps, and custom systems.

IGA Platform Ownership — Configure, tune, and troubleshoot SailPoint (or equivalent) connectors, provisioning policies, reconciliation jobs, and certification campaigns.

PAM Integration — Implement and maintain CyberArk (or equivalent) workflows for service accounts, privileged sessions, and credential rotation; onboard new targets and manage vault policies.

Entra ID and Cloud IAM — Design and operate Entra ID/Azure AD flows, conditional access, entitlement models, and cross‑tenant syncs; coordinate with AWS/GCP IAM where applicable.

PKI and Certificate Management — Support certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and automation for service identities and TLS endpoints; integrate PKI with provisioning and DevOps pipelines.

Automation and Connectors — Build and maintain SCIM/SAML/OIDC connectors, PowerShell/Python automation, and Terraform/IaC for repeatable provisioning patterns.

Incident Triage and Escalation — Resolve Tier‑2 access incidents, perform root‑cause analysis for provisioning failures, and implement fixes or escalate to engineering/security as needed.

Governance and Audit — Lead entitlement reviews, role engineering, access certification evidence collection, and remediation to meet audit and compliance requirements.

Knowledge Transfer — Create runbooks, update documentation, and mentor L1 engineers to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.

Required Qualifications

3–6 years of IAM or identity operations experience with demonstrable provisioning ownership.

Hands‑on experience with SailPoint (IGA) and CyberArk (PAM) or equivalent IGA/PAM platforms.

Strong experience with Entra ID / Azure AD administration and identity synchronization patterns.

Practical knowledge of PKI concepts and certificate lifecycle management.

Proficient with identity protocols: SCIM, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA.

Scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, Python, Bash; familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation.

Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and working to SLAs.

Solid troubleshooting skills and experience performing root‑cause analysis for provisioning/connectivity failures.
