Job Responsibilities

Present your Department & the Missions:

We are a creative studio that partners with maisons and markets during key moments of growth and transformation. For every project and every Maison, we pursue clarity and cultural relevance to create desirability and generate business impact.

We provide :

CREATIVE : Brand identity and storytelling strategy - 360° campaigns: product launches, social, e-retail. Brand assets : brand books, catalogs, training tools - Art direction & packaging: concept to production - Al, 3D visuals, video, photo & postproduction - Digital & web design (Figma, UX/Ul), CRM guidelines - Strategic creative support for key projects - community management/social media content.

PHOTO & VIDEO : High-definition product packshots - Visual production: beauty shots, content for social media and e-retail - Video creation: 360° product videos, interviews, documentaries, talks, sound recording.

EXECUTION : Design marketing materials (presentations, product sheets, guidelines, invitations, signage, newsletters) - Adapt visuals and formats for different

markets - Automate digital banner creation - Video editing.

Our team is small, passionate, and agile. It consists of a core group of six people, along with several trusted external talents who vary depending on the workload and specific requests.

Profile

Formation & Expérience :

Formation en design graphique, direction artistique ou domaine créatif équivalent

Expérience en design print et digital

Maîtrise de la suite Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Expérience en direction artistique, conception visuelle et branding

Compétences appréciées : vidéo, motion design, photographie, 3D ou illustration

Intérêt pour les outils d’IA appliqués à l’image et à la création

Langues :

Anglais courant (environnement international)

Compétences personnelles et relationnelles :

Créativité forte et sens artistique développé

Excellente culture visuelle et sens du détail (image, typographie, composition)

Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à prendre des initiatives

Esprit proactif et organisé

Adaptabilité et flexibilité

Curiosité et motivation

Intérêt pour les produits et l’univers des marques (sens du storytelling)

Bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs projets
