As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HRMS and Payroll solution delivery across platforms like Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.

Drive global payroll transformation initiatives, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and standardization.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Manage large-scale HR digital transformation programs with strong governance and delivery excellence.

Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

Partner with senior HR and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor on HR technology strategy.

Ensure compliance with global and local payroll regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.

Oversee system integrations across HR, finance, time, and third-party payroll systems.

Drive process optimization, automation, and analytics adoption in HR operations.

Lead and scale cross-functional teams, including HR consultants, payroll specialists, and tech teams.

Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Maintain strong focus on data integrity, security, and governance across HR systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.

Excellent communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.

Experience in managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Capability to identify and resolve issues that impact multiple teams and project outcomes.

Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
