In the role of Head of PB Distribution Channel Analytics you will reporting to the Executive, PB Data & Analytics that’s doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.

Each day you will go above and beyond to:

Lead and develop a team of data & analytic professionals to design and develop actionable insights that make a positive and demonstrable impact

Deliver commercial insights and recommendations that inform product development, customer proposition and risk management strategies.

Lead the design of innovative solutions that drive better customer outcomes, drive growth, increase efficiency and simplify processes

Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between analytics outputs and overall business objective

Use analytics to enhance the end to end customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to digitise and improve customer interactions

Oversee the integrity and quality of data used in analytics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks

Develop team capabilities in advanced analytics, data vis and business partnering to enhance the impact of analytics across the business

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Proven experience in leading data and analytics strategy

Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior level stakeholders

Experience managing delivery of business values via data analytics & reporting solutions within a complex technology ecosystem

Proven track record of building, motivating and developing data & analytic teams to deliver tangible customer and business results

Sophisticated influencing skills and ability to influence and shape outcomes at an executive level

Well-developed leadership skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across diverse geographical locations

Customer-centric, strategic and innovative mindset

Technical knowledge on data science, data analytics, data engineering, data visualisation and reporting - platforms, tools and methodologies
