What would you do? In this role you are required to do manage operations for the client and ensure timely and accurate delivery, meet the SLAs and KPIs, review and approve accounting transactions, identify areas of improvement. Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with SOX and other control requirements. International accounting standards guide the reporting of various transactions and events in financial statements. The Record to Report Team is responsible for general accounting, month end close and reporting performing SOX and other operational controls. This role requires a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, month end close and reporting activities.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities • Posting journal entries, preparing reports, Reviewing entries and reconciliations • Supporting month-end closing activities including banking, fixed assets and intercompany accounting • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations • Preparing cash forecasting statements • Supporting audit processes Key Skills and Abilities • Ability to perform under pressure • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Problem Solving and Decision Making • Team Interaction and Leadership • Engage in monthly discussions with team members about performance, coaching, feedback • Monitor and drive team performance, ensuring throughput and quality meet defined metrics
