About the role

Position : Client Acquisition Executive

Location : Nagpur

Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Managers, and hiring partners for recruitment collaborations and talent deployment opportunities. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, corporate meetings, networking events, and field visits. Negotiate, draft, and execute MoUs, Service Agreements, and partnership contracts with organizations for internship programs, entry-level hiring, and recruitment collaborations. Develop, maintain, and continuously the corporate engagement and employer partner database to establish long-term strategic partnerships. Collaborate closely with internal Training, Operations, and Career Services teams to align industry hiring requirements with candidate skill sets and training outcomes. Plan, schedule, and coordinate campus recruitment drives, virtual interviews, employer engagement activities, and hiring events. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets related to client acquisition, employer onboarding, hiring partnerships, and talent deployment. Collect and analyze structured feedback from employers and recruiters to improve candidate quality, hiring success rates, and overall employer satisfaction. Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and performance dashboards covering client interactions, agreements executed, hiring progress, recruitment metrics, and placement outcomes. 1 Stay updated with current industry hiring trends, recruitment practices, and market demands to identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in corporate relations, client acquisition, or business development Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and reporting systems Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Experience: Min 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field

Prior experience in placement services, recruitment consulting, staffing, EdTech, or corporate relations will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
