Clearly Dental Riverwood is relocating & rebranding as Bupa Dental Eastgardens, and we are looking for casual Dental Assistant/Receptionists to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art practice! We welcome all levels to apply, and training will commence end of July 2026 at Clearly Dental Riverwood to get ready for our brand-new practice in Eastgardens in Westfield!

The purpose of this job is..

To provide a high-quality front-office experience within the Dental Practice, overseeing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while supporting clinical care delivery, promoting patient education in dental health, and contributing to the smooth and professional operation of the practice.

What you’ll need to make it possible:

Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.

Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.

Uphold excellence, safety, and integrity by working in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, data security obligations, and proudly role-modelling Bupa’s values every day.
