Job Description

Coordination of all areas of the company or the MRO network to meet the milestones of the assigned projects. That includes full QCD (Quality, Cost and Delay) responsibility for assigned projects. Position with a high level of visibility, requires a high level of good internal and external communication as well as execution and monitoring of projects with teams in a functional / matrix manner. /

Job Requirements

Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Aeronautic, other)

General knowledge and experience in project management

Problem Solving Skills

Teamwork, high communication and negotiation skills

Well organized and results oriented

Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives in HSE, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery, integrating the principles of the Safety Management System (SMS).

Meet the KPIs applicable to the role, ensuring on-time results, resource optimization, and continuous improvement.

Act with ethics, integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, strengthening organizational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Comply with the Quality Management System documentation, applicable regulatory requirements, and the Safety Management System (SMS).

Provide effective follow-up on 8D / Root cause analysis corrective actions and, when designated as 8D / Root cause analysis leader, ensure timely closure.

Responsible for supervising and lead all the functional representatives needed for the assigned projects

Status reporting and problem solving

Follow up on projects and escalate in a timely manner issues and risks to the proper level

Implement Risk management in compliance with Safran standards

Manage “quick wins” solutions and follow up both within SAESA and with the MRO Network

Manage the designated projects to deliver on time, with quality and within budget

Implement resource management for the specific projects, including but not limited to training and resource capacity

Coordinate with the multifunctional team all needed activities to achieve the project's deliverables as planned
