About the role

About the Role

Ignite Visibility is building an AI-powered future for digital marketing, combining deep human expertise with AI-enabled products, platforms, and workflows that help clients grow faster and operate smarter.

We are seeking a Senior Director, Product & AI Enablement to help turn that vision into measurable business impact. This leader will be responsible for driving adoption of Ignite’s product and AI capabilities across the company and helping accelerate client adoption of Rallio AI, our client-facing AI platform and product ecosystem.

This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with executive leadership, Product, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Operations, People & Culture, and functional department leaders. The right candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, able to define an AI enablement model, establish governance, build adoption programs, support client-facing conversations, and translate emerging use cases into practical business outcomes.

The role is expected to be approximately 70% internally focused and 30% client-facing.

Internally, this person will help operationalize product and AI adoption across priority workflows by partnering with functional leaders, Product, Marketing, People & Culture, Client Services, and Operations to drive enablement, governance, training, and measurable usage.

Externally, this person will support client-facing teams in communicating and driving adoption of Rallio AI and Ignite’s broader AI-powered solutions. They will also help establish structured feedback loops, including a client advisory board, to inform product direction, client growth, value realization, and future innovation.

What You’ll Do

Lead Product & AI Enablement Across the Business

Build and operationalize a company-wide AI enablement model that helps teams understand, adopt, and apply AI in practical ways.

Partner with department heads and functional leaders to identify high-value AI use cases.

Lead the development and rollout of role-based enablement programs, training paths, playbooks, use case libraries, prompt guides, demos, office hours, and adoption resources in partnership with Product, Marketing, People & Culture, Client Services, and functional leaders.

Help establish a network of AI champions across departments to support adoption, QA, reporting, and ongoing training.

Ensure AI is embedded into daily work, not treated as a side project or optional experiment.

Establish AI Governance, Standards & Accountability

Define and maintain practical AI governance across the organization, including approved tools, usage guidelines, data privacy expectations, vendor review, prompt hygiene, risk controls, and adoption accountability.

Partner with Legal, IT, Product, Operations, and leadership to ensure responsible AI use across internal and client-facing workflows.

Create clear intake, prioritization, and reporting processes for AI use cases, pilots, tools, and initiatives.

Lead Product & AI working groups, adoption reviews, and executive updates that provide visibility into progress, blockers, utilization, risks, and ROI.

Help reduce fragmented experimentation and ensure the company is investing time and resources in the highest-value AI opportunities.

Drive Client-Facing AI & Rallio AI Adoption

Partner with Client Services, Marketing, Sales, Product, and functional leaders to help clients understand and adopt Rallio AI and Ignite’s AI-powered capabilities.

Support strategic client conversations, QBRs, pitches, expansion discussions, and executive-level meetings where AI can strengthen the client value story.

Help translate AI capabilities into client-specific use cases, adoption plans, business outcomes, and measurable value.

Orchestrate scalable client-facing enablement assets, including demo scripts, talk tracks, FAQs, use case libraries, objection handling, training materials, and success stories.

Identify where AI-powered capabilities can support retention, expansion, product adoption, and new revenue opportunities.

Connect Product, Clients & Internal Teams

Serve as a bridge between clients, account teams, functional teams, and Product leadership.

Capture emerging use cases, adoption barriers, feature requests, client feedback, competitive signals, and workflow opportunities.

Partner with Product Managers to help inform Rallio AI roadmap priorities, validate new capabilities, and support pilots or beta programs.

Help establish structured product feedback loops, including internal stakeholder groups and a client advisory board.

Help ensure that internal and client feedback becomes structured input into the company’s AI product and platform strategy.

Measure Adoption, Impact & ROI

Define success metrics for internal AI enablement and client-facing adoption of Rallio AI and AI-powered capabilities.

Track usage, training completion, adoption progress, workflow impact, productivity gains, quality improvements, client adoption, product utilization, retention influence, expansion opportunities, and ROI.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Client Services to quantify the business impact of AI initiatives.

Create regular reporting for leadership that clearly shows what is working, what is blocked, what needs investment, and where AI is driving measurable value.

You Bring:

Proven experience in AI enablement, business transformation, digital transformation, product adoption, marketing technology, agency operations, consulting, client strategy, or related roles.

Experience driving adoption of AI, automation, SaaS, martech, adtech, or digital platforms across internal teams and/or clients.

Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, prompt design, AI agents, workflow automation, no-code / low-code tools, and practical business applications of AI.

Experience working in or with agencies, consultancies, SaaS platforms, martech/adtech companies, franchise businesses, multi-location brands, or client services organizations preferred.

Strong client-facing presence, with the ability to support executive-level conversations and translate AI capabilities into business outcomes.

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, product leaders, client-facing teams, and technical partners.

Experience building enablement programs, adoption frameworks, governance models, training materials, playbooks, and success metrics.
