The AskBrand team manages brand-related projects and responds annually to thousands of brand-related questions and approvals on brand applications, including communications, campaigns, events, merchandise, packaging, naming and sub-brands, vehicles, and 3rd-party use of the Shell brand.

The AskBrand team helps approve assets and resolve customer questions by either directly helping the customer or connecting with the right colleagues to effectively resolve the question. Compliant and consistent delivery of Shell Group Brand Standards and associated Brand Policies ultimately supports the delivery of the ‘One Brand’ strategy—critical to building, protecting, and strengthening the Shell Brand.

Give accurate, quality brand advice based on Brand Standards, and review and approve branded assets and communications.

Provide a clear and customer-centric service to stakeholders and agencies over the AskBrand e-tool, while meeting ongoing 24-hour customer response targets.

Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and network-building capabilities, connecting Latin America region demands with global key experts.

Work alongside the trademark and sponsorship global team.

Support brand identity projects across all brand touchpoints and disciplines (Packaging, Events, Sound of Shell, Joint Ventures, etc.).

Develop knowledge of, and relationships with, creative agencies and other suppliers of brand services across all major brand expression pillars.

Regional support and contribution from a brand standards perspective on communications campaigns, activations and events in the country.

Support automation and AI adoption across the globe, aiming to simplify Shell Brand processes and tools.

Make recommendations for continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working.
