What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Digital Inside Sales involves selling products or services remotely using digital tools and platforms. This includes activities like email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. The goal is to reach and engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions. It allows sales teams to efficiently manage leads, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is cost-effective and scalable, making it ideal for modern sales strategies. Provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Facilitate new hire training following company training manuals, training plan & standards and publish relevant reports. • Gauge the performance of new hires during the OJT period • Follow objectives and client standards for job readiness goals. • Facilitate on-floor training to bridge product knowledge and skill gaps. • Undertake projects to improve our training processes. • Identify root causes for business related issues and recommend solutions to improve overall client satisfaction • Own training processes with a high level of accountability keeping in mind the internal as well as external stakeholders. • Participate in Process Calibration sessions with Clients and Cross Vendor • Develop and maintain product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in the job and classroom training • Stay up to date with product and process updates. Have a data-centric approach to problem-solving • Evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training material • Perform on floor training interventions based on business team’s feedback.
