About the role

Job Description:

We're hiring a Services Field Sales Representative to help customers maximize the value of their electrical equipment through technical services and solutions. If you're eager to build a sales career where relationships, problem-solving, and customer impact matter, this role is for you.

What will you do?

Drive new Services business by identifying opportunities within the installed base and pursuing greenfield accounts

Promote a full range of technical services including consulting, recurring maintenance, and modernization solutions

Build strong customer relationships to ensure high contract renewal rates and long-term satisfaction

Partner with internal teams and Services Partners to deliver solutions tailored to customer business challenges

What are the key skills we are looking for?

Customer Orientation — developing level; understanding customer needs and aligning service offerings to drive satisfaction

Consultative Selling — foundational level; engaging customers in solution-focused conversations that uncover opportunities

Product Application — developing level; connecting technical service capabilities to customer business challenges

Maintenance and Repair — developing level; understanding service delivery to position recurring and modernization offers

Negotiation — foundational level; working through contract terms and renewal discussions with confidence

Sales Prospecting — foundational level; identifying new opportunities within the installed base and greenfield accounts
