About the role
Job Description:
Join us as a Senior Engineer specializing in digital systems design. You'll lead the development of automation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions that power critical operations across industries—from process control to power grids.
What will you do?
Design digital infrastructure and automation solutions spanning process, power, building, and grid applications
Define technical strategies, equipment selections, and standards that guide digital system implementations
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues at labs and customer sites, ensuring optimal system performance
Create both conceptual and detailed engineering designs while mentoring team members on technical best practices

Personal Productivity — advanced level; managing multiple technical deliverables and priorities across concurrent projects
Digital Systems — intermediate level; designing end-to-end data flows and communication protocols for integrated applications
System Architecture — developing level; structuring scalable digital infrastructures that meet performance requirements

Automation and Control Systems — intermediate level; integrating monitoring and control applications across platforms
Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing and resolving technical issues in multi-vendor digital environments
Technical Documentation — intermediate level; creating clear design documentation and technical reports for stakeholders
