THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT

Drive high-impact action: Partner closely with central and local operations teams to provide rapid analytical support for day-to-day city logistics.

Maintain Operational Dashboards: Monitor, update, and troubleshoot existing Tableau dashboards and SQL scripts in DBT that power Dott’s day-to-day operations.

Write Optimized SQL: Query high-volume, mobility data natively in Google BigQuery to uncover operational bottlenecks or fleet performance insights.

Data Transformation: Work within our existing analytics engineering workflow by utilizing dbt (Data Build Tool) to update or refine core data models.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Mid-level professional experience in a data analytics role, ideally within an operations-heavy environment (e.g., mobility, logistics, or on-demand services).

Technical Skills:

Advanced SQL: Strong proficiency in Google BigQuery (handling window functions, complex joins, and aggregations).

Data Modeling: Solid understanding of DBT (Data Build Tool) workflows and version control.

Data Visualization: Hands-on experience creating and maintaining clean, insightful reports in Tableau.

Execution Focus: A practical, execution-oriented analyst who excels at tackling a high-velocity queue of tickets and delivering high-quality, accurate data quickly.

Innovation Mindset: Curiosity about emerging technologies and an interest in how AI and advanced analytics can enhance operational workflows.

Communication: Fluency in English and the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to operational stakeholders.

Availability: Full-time availability from 1st August 2026 until 31st December 2026, based in our Amsterdam office.
