The Opportunity
The Student Services Adviser will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective services of students across Higher Education programs.
The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative and self-management to deal with the full range of activities related to the student lifecycle. The role will deal with all aspects student services including admission, credit assessments, placements and enrolments.
The role is a blend of administration and customer service, and supports the wider Student Operations teams.
This role is for a 9 month fixed term contract
About you
The successful applicant will possess the following:
A solution focused attitude to problem solving
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role which required coordination of a range of functions, preferably within a tertiary education institution
Ability to interpret and provide advice about policies and procedures
Demonstrated commitment to exemplary customer service and the ability to be flexible and responsive to customer needs
High level computer literacy including the Office suite, database applications and the ability to learn new systems
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Tertiary qualification (in any field) or substantial progress towards the completion of a tertiary qualification
