About the Role:

At Springfield Lakes OSHC, we're looking for passionate and enthusiastic Educators who are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. As part of our supportive and collaborative team, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful experiences that encourage learning, creativity, and fun before school, after school, and during vacation care. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework

Supervise and engage with children to ensure their safety and wellbeing

Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Maintain a clean and organized environment

Support children with behavioural and emotional needs in a respectful and professional manner

About you:

Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential.

Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).

A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment

Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire

Effective oral and written communication within the workplace

Willingness to take Child Protection training as required
