Join Our Team at St Flannan's Zillmere OSHC!
We're looking for enthusiastic, caring casual educators to join our supportive team, working before school, after school, and during vacation care (15–25 hours per week). A valued part of the St Flannan's community since 2012, our service provides warm, nurturing care for up to 75 children, where kids feel supported to learn, grow, and be happy. A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator…
Provide warm, nurturing care for children
Create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
Design fun, inclusive recreational and educational experiences
Build positive working relationships with team members
Work collaboratively to support the best outcomes for children and families

Job Requirements:
Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or an ACECQA approved equivalent (preferred)
Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
A passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment
Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning Framework, and National Law/Regulations (or ability to acquire)
Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
Willingness to complete child protection training as required
