Your Role

Lead and deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s development and school readiness.

Mentor and support a team of educators to deliver exceptional education and care.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

Contribute to continuous improvement and the ongoing success of the centre.

About You

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or currently working towards an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.

Experience working within an early childhood education setting.

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Strong communication skills with a collaborative, positive, and child-focused approach.

Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, First Aid, CPR, and completed Child Protection Training.

Successful applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two professional references.
