Validate solutions against real operational data and edge cases identified by users

Solution Transition & Sustainment:

Deliver complete technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and data flow specifications

Create tailored user training packages and operational SOPs for each transitioned workflow

Develop Government sustainment plans enabling ACC A589 personnel to maintain and enhance solutions independently

Provide all source code, configuration files, and integration specifications to the Government

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with Government personnel who will sustain the solution

Cross-Wing Scaling & Collaboration:

Document lessons learned and adaptation guidance for solutions that may benefit other ACC wings
