Position Summary
We are hiring a Materials Manager to lead warehouse operations and materials flow at Polaris Monterrey. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and internal material movement to support production and distribution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational discipline, and experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to lead warehouse and materials teams
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, material flow, and logistics coordination
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of experience in materials management or warehouse operations
Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
Ensure timely and accurate material flow to production lines
Maintain inventory accuracy and implement cycle count programs
Lead and develop warehouse and materials teams
Collaborate with production, planning, and logistics to meet operational targets
Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and cost control
