As our next Project Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and executing engineering projects from concept through product launch. Your expertise in project management, manufacturing engineering, and cross-functional coordination will be critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and business expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and monitor all project activities to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and timeline objectives

Plan and lead internal project meetings and customer review sessions

Participate in Project Development Team (PDT) meetings with customers

Monitor technical product specifications and ensure compliance with requirements

Maintain and update project schedules using internal systems and tools

Identify and support capital investment needs and prepare cost justifications (CAR)

Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for quotations and implementation

Track project expenses and ensure cost control during product development and launch

Coordinate sample preparation and delivery in line with customer deadlines

Support product launches and monitor improvements in cycle time and cost efficiency

Conduct process capability studies (Cp/Cpk) and analyze production drivers

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize product and process performance

Promote continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen activities

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field

Strong experience in project management within manufacturing environments

Advanced English communication skills

Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality standards

Understanding of technical drawings, GD&T, and measurement tools

Experience using MS Project and Microsoft Office tools

Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills

Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with automotive customer requirements (e.g., VW, GM, Renault, Stellantis)

Knowledge of ventilation or fan systems

Experience working with suppliers and cost-reduction initiatives

Exposure to Lean/Kaizen methodologies

Strong background in product launches and manufacturing processes
